I have 3 chinchilla cages from Quality that I’ve been using the last 16 years. They are well made and extremely well designed for chinchillas. Over the years, I have had to replace the wooden shelving because my girls love to know on wood. Quality sells replacement shelving so it’s easy to replace the chewed ones. If you’re looking for a chin cage, I strongly recommend Quality!

Love the products...A++. Love the cute customer service messages and notes from them...A++. Delivery time is awful. My last 4 shipments, ALL for Honeysuckle, took FOREVER. No one would give me a reason why, just the same canned letter that they were extremely busy. Love the product, or I would go somewhere else.

Item works fantastic for my chinchillas, but the shipping didn't occur until I asked for an update over 2 weeks after placing the order

Overall, I like the product and it’s excellent for quick cleaning and cleanliness altogether. I was disappointed in the fact that none of the trays have the brand name on it this time like they did last time we had some ordered, and the time it took to get here was I little longer than expected. However the overall product does its job.

The nesting boxes were beautiful colors and the rabbits used them with no problems. They were easy to clean.

We have been purchasing from Quality Cage for the last 15 years and nothing else has come close to the quality of build( gauge and quality of wire, and fit and finish of accessories) and products and customer service. The fulfillment wait is new, but it is well worth the wait and I'm just very glad they are still around to supply a superior product.

I received my trays ( painted blue) and the packaging was excellent. Everything fit perfectly and keeps so much of the stuff from getting on the floor. Very easy to clean. Love them!!

Well worth it. Easy to clean/wash in the tub and we can fill the trays with bedding. The old critter nation plastic trays just got chewed up along with the fleece sleeves for them. Now that we have the metal trays, we don't need to worry about them chewing or needing to sew/purchase fleece linings that just get destroyed. Very happy with the purchase!

I feel this pan is the pan all Ferret Nation cages. This keeps the mess from getting on your floor. I love it.

Amazing craftsmanship - this large wheel will encourage healthy chinchilla running and exercise. My two ladies love it. Happy to support this small business!!
