These bearings need to be replaced about every 6-12 months or as soon as the wheel starts to make noise.

Bearing that are sealed keep the Chinchilla Dust & debris out. These are prone to premature failure because they are not sealed Ball Bearings, these are open which allow tons of small debris into the Bearing housing and they go bad quick!! PLEASE UPGRADE these to a sealed high quality bearing!!🙏🏼🙏🏼 You can see the exposed ball bearing housing in the photo.

I ordered these with a chinspin. The replacement bearings were NOT included. I reached out about it and hearnd nothing back. Customer service is lacking.

Super easy replacement for our Chin Spin. Got it gliding back to how it was when we first bought it, our Chin (Ted) is very happy he can run like the wind again!
I thought we were going to have to purchase a new wheel after my chin ran the bearings raw so to speak! Thankfully they sale replacement ones at a cheap price! Shipping was quick so my chin was happy!! The original ones we had lasted a little over a year, so not bad!!
We've had our Chin Spin wheel for four years and the bearings keep it in excellent shape. The instructions were simple and the process went off without a hitch.
