We don't add in shipping charges to our product cost. Because shipping charges vary based on size, weight and distance, you are charged only for the actual cost of getting your products to you. Unlike other companies, shipping isn't a "profit center" at Quality Cage Company.
We will caluclate the lowest shipping cost for your order, and e-mail you the charge for your approval before we ship your products.
We take great care in packaging the items we ship. At times, however, packages do become damaged on their journey. If you notice any visible damage to your package upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 1-888-762-2336 (toll free), so that we can file a claim for the damage. The shipping company will then come to inspect the damage, and notify us so that we can ship a replacement to you.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
- Please call our toll free number 1-888-762-2336, and obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). We do not accept returns without an R.A.N. Any returns that are received without a R.A.N. are subject to a 25% restock fee on the returned merchandise (that has not been used by a pet -- and is in undamaged, original condition). Once issued, please display the R.A.N. on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- To prevent the spread of disease, no item can be returned if it has been exposed to, or come in contact with, an animal or a bird.
- Item(s) must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- A 15% restock fee will be charged on merchandise returned -- that has not been used by a pet -- and is in undamaged, original condition.
- We do not accept C.O.D.'s.
- For an exchange, the difference between the items will be credited to your account (less the 15% restock fee), the new shipping cost will be charged to you, and the new item, if in stock, will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- For a return, if you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit for the merchandise only (less the 15% restock fee) to your credit card once the order is returned. If you paid by check, we will issue a check for the merchandise only (less the 15% restock fee) within 30 days of the return of the order. We do not refund shipping charges.
Check Return Policy
There is a $25.00 service charge on all checks returned by a bank for any reason. Unpaid checks are forwarded for collection and/or prosecution.
Please call our toll free number (1-888-762-2336) during business hours (8am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, Pacific Time), and ask to speak to our cage designer.
Since all Custom Cages are manufactured to the specifications you have provided Quality Cage Company does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Custom Cage. All Custom Cages must be paid for in advance, unless prior authorization is given.
QUALITY CAGE LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our merchandise is manufactured to the highest quality specifications. All products manufactured by Quality Cage Company carry a Limited 90-day Warranty. Quality Cage Company will repair or replace, without charge, any Quality Cage manufactured product found to be defective during the first 90 days from the date of purchase. These Warranties do not apply to conditions resulting from improper handling, misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration. However, if damage occurs at the fault of the commercial carrier we select, you may return the product and Quality Cage will replace it free of charge.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Quality Cage Company neither assumes, nor authorizes anyone to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with Quality Cage Company products or any part of such products.
