Returns:

We will send you a return shipping label upon notification of a return.

We will accept returns on unopened boxes and will cover shipping within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.

If you have opened your box, we will need at least 3 clear photos of your unused product from front, side, and top. Please repack in the original box carefully and place our return shipping label on it. We will cover shipping if shipped within 7 days of delivery.

If returning after 7 days, buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

If original packaging is unusable, buyer must pay return shipping.

If we receive an item damaged due to neglectful repackaging, the damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

Product Arrived Damaged:

If you received your item damaged, we will need 3 clear photos of the damage and 2 photos of the box in the condition it arrived in within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders:

There are no returns on custom orders. This includes powder coating of our normal product line items. They may be canceled within the first 24 hours after payment for a refund.

Used Products:

We guarantee satisfaction of our crafting. If you or your animals are not satisfied with your items, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please notify our office and we will send you a return label for the original box. If original packaging is missing, buyer must pay return shipping. All used items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A refund will be issued when we receive the product and inspect it. Damaged products due to neglectful repackaging are subject to a fee. Damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

A reorder must be placed after a return if an exchange is desired. Please type  “Exchange Order” in the notes section when reordering. Verified exchange orders will be given priority crafting and will be shipped within 3 business days of reorder.

Cancellations:
Cancellations of your order are accepted up to the day it ships. If your order has left our facility, the cancellation will have to become a return. Please follow the instructions above for a return.

***Cancellations of custom orders are only accepted for 24 hours after payment.

Shipping:

Our products will ship the same or next business day of their completion.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally is available. Please contact cages@qualitycage.com with your zip code or location and desired products. We will be able to get you an invoice with shipping quote included. Quality Cage Crafters is not responsible for any duty fees incurred on our products when they leave the United States. Quality Cage Crafters reserves the right to use the shipping option and carrier of choice. If you would like to pay extra for expedited shipping, please contact cages@qualitycage.com and we can get you a quote.
