Our Townhome is 30"w x 24"d x 36"h, and made of sturdy 1" x 1" wire.
Chinchilla 2-door Mansion includes three replaceable, movable solid pine shelves (two 24" and one 30").
It offers a full opening top with two 12" x 12" doors on the front of the cage. Both doors are secured with safety trimmed metal door guards.
The bottom of the cage is equipped with a 1-1/2" tall powder coated slide out tray. The floor panel below the tray is made of 1/2" x 1/2" wire.
This is the best cage of Chinchilla. Its easy to setup and easy to clean up the floor. I gave 4 stars because I was waiting for 6 months to get it.
I am satisfied with this quality and it worth waiting! I recommend to chinchilla owner who has patience for wait.

I ordered my townhouse over 20 years ago. It actually only has one door! It’s held up extremely well. I just got 2 new chins and decided to get them the Blue Mansion so they will have more room. I can’t wait! I’ve looked around but almost all the other cages have plastic or wire shelves! You get what you pay for!
Our chinchilla loves to jump around in this roomy cage, which is sturdy and well constructed. The small 1"x1" grid size allows for great flexibility when attaching accessories and extra sturdiness for frantically running wheels, and I think it also helps keep most of the flying poops inside! Really appreciate the pull-out tray which makes cleaning the cage so easy!!
Very good. If gels are not used in some joint places, it would be perfect. Also, I don't know what the dark dirt at every cross is. Have to clean it for a long time.
I purchased the Chinchilla Mansion back in 2012 and it has held up very well and my Chinchillas have all enjoyed it! I ordered a Townhouse to leave at my Mom’s house when I go out of town and it is the perfect size for his home away from home and the quality of the cage is superb! Couldn’t be happier with my purchases!
